Association of B.C. Landowners:
Legal Challenge to Bylaw 3474

If you own rural or forestry land, your property has been downzoned. Your rights to subdivide and strata title have been taken away and your property has been devalued. The Association of BC Landowners, in its Constitution, states its aim to protect property values and owners’ rights from unjustified government regulations or legislation.

The Association intends to fight to have these property values and landowners rights restored by taking legal action against the CRD.

Contributions to assist in this endeavour would be greatly appreciated. They may be made out to the Association of BC Landowners and mailed to: Box 1001, Sooke BC, V9Z 1J1
